  • Ricotta cheese, mixed with finely chopped fresh mint
  • Bread, toasted

Preparation

  1. Make a blueberry purée by mashing the blueberries and flavoring it with a bit of orange juice, the immunity boost packet, and the scoop of protein powder. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese with finely chopped mint.
  3. Toast the bread, spread the ricotta mixture, and top with the blueberry purée.
