Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut or avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup cacao chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons liquid stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 280°F.
  2. In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients, and in another, mix the wet ingredients.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a muffin tray and decorate with cacao chips.
  5. Bake for approximately 18 minutes.
