Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut or avocado oil
- 1/3 cup cacao chips
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons liquid stevia
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 280°F.
- In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients, and in another, mix the wet ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a muffin tray and decorate with cacao chips.
- Bake for approximately 18 minutes.
