Ingredients:

  • 200 g oat flour
  • 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Vanilla extract to taste

Preparation:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
  2. Pour a little of the mixture into a previously greased pan, shaping it as desired. Cover and cook for 1 minute on each side.
  3. Serve with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, finely chopped almonds, or the toppings of your choice.
