Ingredients:
- 200 g oat flour
- 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 mashed banana
- Cinnamon to taste
- Vanilla extract to taste
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
- Pour a little of the mixture into a previously greased pan, shaping it as desired. Cover and cook for 1 minute on each side.
- Serve with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, finely chopped almonds, or the toppings of your choice.
