Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup nut butter of your choice
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein powder
  • Cacao chips (optional)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
  • Cinnamon to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the cacao chips until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a baking mold and sprinkle the cacao chips on top.
  4. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
